I was given terrific Physio treatment by Rob Marlow, who helped me through not just my sprained foot, but my back too. I felt very comfortable around him, and he understood what I was going through. Even when there were moments, I didn't understand the exercises he introduced and demonstrated, Rob was calm, patient and relax. Since my appointment, I haven't felt any minor or major pain in my foot or back. I would recommend anyone to see Rob and describe what a great person Rob is.
I wish Rob well in the future and thank you for everything.
Very comfortable and straightforward assessment. Reassuring and personable service. Great communication.
I was originally referred here after surgery on my spine 11 years ago and the physiotherapy very quickly improved my strength and movement. Since then, I have undergone other procedures and each time, I have undergone physio with Jeremy - a first rate physiotherapist. Each time, there has been either significant improvement in my movement or reduction in pain - or both. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
"From the minute I met Darren, he made me feel welcome and comfortable. He really listened to what I was saying relating to my aches and pains, and quickly got to work seeking the real issues with my lower back. After 10 really helpful sessions, I do not feel any aches and pains, and am looking forward to instilling Darren's advice into my workouts and cardio sessions.
I can't thank Darren enough! Really nice guy and super physio"
Fantastic service, would highly recommend to friends and family.
I recently had a running injury that put me out of action. Rob Marlow Got me back on my feet and running within a few weeks. He worked on my legs, gave me really good strengthening exercises.
I will be recommending Rob to everyone. 5star
First and foremost Weybridge and Walton Physio tackled my wrist problem with competence and great knowledge, and helped me to understand what exactly was wrong and how I could manage and fix it, which is essentially what I wanted from the sessions. I would use them again! The injury was preventing me from doing one of the things I enjoy most, and for hobbies where you need to be confident in the way your body reacts to different stresses and why, it is quite distressing if something goes wrong and you don't know how to fix it/feel like you might be doing permanent damage. My sessions solved that, and I now understand the injury and how to right it.
(I hope this next bit will be useful criticism, it's not a complaint)
I would definitely recommend W&W Physio, but was a little disappointed when I sent an email with some questions between appointments and didn't hear back for more than a week-I had to send a second email and eventually ask reception to see if the email had been received before getting a reply, which came brief, with typos and no apology. I also think the exercises could have been explained more thoroughly. Since they are the crux of seeing good results, I think the instructions need to be near-enough fool proof so that when the patient is at home without the physio to correct them (as will be the case for the bulk of the treatment), they will be doing them well. Perhaps common sense was assumed, but in the case of paying for physio I would rather be treated like I am new to it than relying on my own intuition, which may be wrong or insufficient.
Rob was very helpful in getting me back into sport, he gave great exercises and explained why each one would be benificial, and motivated me to go back into sport. I enjoyed going to physiotherapy with Rob. Overall a really good experience
Rob was really great, I felt I got good information about what could be the problem and steps I can take to improve it. I felt completely comfortable during the appointment and left happy with the service I received.
With longstanding knee pain, I arrived at the clinic to be welcomed by a courtious and knowledgeable staff. After a couple PT sessions with Rob, my knee pain was gone. Now that the knee pain is a thing of the past, I’m looking forward to returning to running, biking and other activities which I used to enjoy.
